Today, I had to change password of one of my accounts. You might think that is a bad sign but its not. It is natural to forget and it is considered healthy. Our brain is not made to remember everything in our lives. We are made to adapt to new environment while learning patterns. Scientists say that is why we tend to forget. It is more efficient to not remember everything. So we should not be too stressed out from forgeting things. In order to remember well, We should try to focus on the patterns so it could be applied to something new.
