그동안 다른 숙제랑 시험에 치여서
컴퓨터과목을 소홀히 하고 있었는데
이거 보니깐 장난아니네요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ오늘까진데..ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

책에서 하라는대로 하라는건 따라하겠는데
이건뭐 직접 구상해서 만들라는데..;;;;;;;;;

미국온지 얼마 안되서 영어도 못알아먹겟고
그림만 보고 따라하면서 워드랑 엑셀 겨우 해왔는데
엑세스 장난없네요 ㅠㅠㅠ

제발 누가좀 도와주시면 안될까요 ㅠㅠ
숙제를 대신해달라는게 아니라
좀 어떻게 구상을 해야되고 이런건지좀 조언좀해주세요

지금 6시 반인데 아까 1시부터 도서관 랩에 처박혀서 할려는데
도저히 이해를 못하겠습니다.ㅠㅠ

진짜 생쇼해봤는데 도저히 시작조차 못하겠어요;;

저주제가지고 어떻게 테이블 두개로 나누고

Choose one from the following ideas; develop the database using all of the homework specifications listed below.  (NOTE:  The specifications include one procedure not learned in class—you must use the Help feature or other resources to figure out how to complete the procedure.)  You will lose one point for every typo/spelling error (use Spell Check!).  Assignment is worth 100 points.

 

<OL style="MARGIN-TOP: 0in" type=1><LI class=MsoNormal><U>Collection</U>:  Create a database to keep track of a collection that you have (i.e. comics, figurines, CDs, etc.).  </LI><LI class=MsoNormal><U>Inventory</U>:  Create a database to keep track of your household goods for insurance purposes in case of fire.</LI><LI class=MsoNormal><U>Organization</U>:  Create a database for a group or organization for which you must keep track of addresses, personal information, etc.  </LI><LI class=MsoNormal><U>Rental Database</U>:  Create a database for homeowners in Howard County who want to rent rooms in the fall and spring semesters to HCC students.</LI><LI class=MsoNormal><U>Restaurant Database</U>:  Prepare a database of restaurants that might be of interest to people attending a conference in Howard County, including the type of restaurant (vegetarian, fast-food, fine dining, etc.). </LI></OL>

<U>Homework Specifications:</U>

 

q  Create a database, following the <I>Database Design Guidelines</I> listed on pages 5 and 6. Pay particular attention to Step 4. Save the database as YourLastName_Subject; for example Smith_CD Collection

q  Create two tables.  In Design View, set a primary key for each table. In either table:

o   Add a validation rule and specify validation text.

o   Use Currency as one of the Data Types.

o   Specify a default value for one of the fields.

o   Create a Lookup field.

q  The first table must have at least five fields and ten records and the second table must have at least two fields and three records.

q  Create a one-to-many relationship between the two tables and establish referential integrity.  (Review the information on page 9 and pages 185 to 189.)

q  Change the cell effect for one of the tables to Sunken.  Change the appearance of the other table to: (a) vertical gridlines only, (b) an Alternate/Fill  Back Color of <I>Green 3</I>, and (c) a font color of <I>Dark Blue</I>.

q  Print the tables’ contents (may be more than one page); all text must show.

q  Create the following queries, run them, and print the results:

o   A query that (a) uses a compound criterion involving OR; and (b) sorts the records alphabetically by using the sort line on the Design grid. Save the query as YourLastName_Query 1. Print the results.

o   A query using a wildcard.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 2.  Print the results.

o   A query that uses a comparison operator in a criterion.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 3.  Print the results.

o   A query that uses grouping to show the Average amount in a currency field.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 4.  Print the results.

o   A query that uses fields from both tables.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 5.  Print the results.

o   A parameter query that will allow the user to enter different data each time the query is run. Save the query as YourLastName_Query 6.  Run the query.  Print the results.  Handwrite on the printout what you typed when you were prompted for input.

o   A query with a calculated field.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 7.  Print the results.

o   A query that uses the <I>not equal to</I> operator.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 8.  Print the results.

o   A crosstab query; make sure that the results make sense.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 9.  Print the results.

o   A query that sorts one of the fields in descending order by using the sort line on the Design grid.  Save the query as YourLastName_Query 10.  Print the results.

q  Use Filter by Selection to display certain records.  Print the filtered records and circle the field used for the selection.  Write Filter 1 on the printout.

q  Create a Split Form for one of your tables.  Save it as YourLastName_Split Form.  Print it; it will print as a datasheet.

q  Create a simple form for the other table.  Save it as YourLastName_Simple Form. Go to Form View and print the form; all records will print.

q  Create a report involving a join. Save and print the report.

q  Change the database properties to add your name as the author and CMSY110 Access as the subject.  In the Keywords text box, add any text that relates to the database.

q  Compact and repair the database following the instructions on page 193.

q  Keep a copy of your files.  <I>Turn in your printouts.</I>

q  Place the assignment on the <I>G Drive   G:|gplatt/Student Work/Your Section Number/YourName.</I>
