Since Visa is is a free-to-play clan that anyone can join, it may not be as specialized as Nara or other clans, but I think it's attractive that it's easy to get into clan warfare and feel comfortable. 

For example, after beating Ranked and Ilque, you may want to see the amount of steel required to buy a steel ship in the arsenal and the remaining coupons to see the recommended steel and coal ships, and by doing so, there are many gallerists who found something they didn't know or missed and wanted to know what ships they really needed. Is there a clan that can easily earn steel at that time? If you're in a big clan like Nara or Corea, or a non-tactical clan like Navy or Dog, is there a clan war tie-in right away? Of course, the better clans will have an easier time getting steel, but what are the chances that you can get as much steel as you want there? Especially in Korea, most of the newbies and pokies will be immune, and it will take a long time to be recognized in the country. I think a clan with such a system should exist for people who want to see various newcomers grow. Of course, there are many details and improvements that need to be made, but we will try to change them. 

I only used clan warfare as an example, but in the case of your ship, most things about WoW are not well organized, and there is no system for newcomers to refer to. 

Visa, in particular, is known for its systematic training of newcomers, something even your detractors have admitted. 

Of course, it may not be enough for easy players who have a professional clan style, but you can help them with that. There are many cases of big clan members helping clans with visa mercenaries. 

I also have a lot of complaints about the gatekeepers and the disgusting bullshit, and it's a problem that Visa has recognized, so if you don't want to see it, you can train them as before.
